Order
1. Where can I find my order number?
Once you complete online checkout, you should receive a confirmation email with your order details, including your order number.
2. I have paid, but I did not receive any confirmation or notice. What should I do?
Generally, you will receive the confirmation email within 1 hour after you have completed the payment. Sometimes it will be filtered to the Spam box and Junk Folders so please check this in your emails. You also can check the order status here: support@bluelakeecolife.com within 24 hours.
3. Can I cancel or make changes to my online order?
Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been shipped. If you want to cancel or change information, please contact support@bluelakeecolife.com within 24 hours.
Payment
1. What payment methods are available?
We currently support payment by credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB card, Discover card, Diners Club card, and so on), PayPal, please check out our Payment Method page.
2. How can I change payment methods?
If you have an unpaid order and want to use a different payment method, it's easy:
1)Sign into ‘My Account and click ‘My Orders in the upper right corner.
2)Click on the unpaid order you want to complete payment on.
3)Click ‘Edit Order’ and select your desired payment method, and then proceed to pay.
Shipping
1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is for orders over $39.99.
2. Do you only ship to USA?
Presently we only ship to mainland USA. Additionally, we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Military APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
3. How long will it take to get my order?
Normally, all orders will be processed within 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Then you will receive the order in about 7-14 business days.

2. Do I have to pay the shipping cost for the return?
If there is a quality problem or damage to the product when it arrives, we will pay the return shipping fee. If there is no quality problem or damage, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

If I want to make a bulk order, can I get a discount?
Sure, we are happy to offer a discount for bulk orders. Please inform us of the quantity and item name via support@bluelakeecolife.com before placing an order.

1. How do I place an order?
For your convenience, we have express checkout available online. Simply add an item to your cart, go to your cart and choose the checkout option. Provide your payment and shipping information, and place your order! An order confirmation will be sent to the email address on file once your order is placed.
2. What should I do if I do not receive an email with a discount code after I create my account?
If you did not receive an email with the subject "New Customer Welcome", please check that your email address is filled in correctly and check your spam filter, or contact us via email: support@bluelakeecolife.com before placing an order.
